Team Couch!

Let me explain one of my favorite moments at Ansley's Sunday baby shower. We played a game and normally, I am not a big game player (at showers) so I enter this game with my sarcasm face on. Well, I always have my sarcasm face on, but this time it was in full force! :) So, the game is this, Keely plays songs that have the word Baby in them and you have to ring in and name the song title and artist. You get bonus points if you can sing it....I AM PUMPED! We divide into teams....here is mine.....Mrs. Boatman, Sally Givens, and Sara! Aunt Nana was on our team, but she got disqualified because she wouldn't blow the whistle to ring in, she would just jump up and down and yell "Oh, Oh, Oh!".
Mrs. Boatman is Adam's grandmother and she is in the green. I believe she is probably one of the funniest people I have ever met. Mrs. Sally is a dear friend of our family and she has known me since I was tiny. Well, Keely told me there needed to be a young person on every team and Mrs. Boatman recruited me. Well, I told her we were going to dominate! Dominate we did. We were such an amazing team that at one point in time my whistle was taken away from me. I also enjoyed hearing Mrs. Boatman sing and dance with me. After rapping Baby Got Back and Ice, Ice Baby we had decided...we were going to tour! We don't have a name yet, but we are definitely going to learn all of our songs and hit the road. We even won the game. Our prize, a CD with all the songs on it! Just what Mrs. Boatman and Sally wanted!
